Review content:
I purchased a top of the line Trane furnace and heat pump (I thought I did) combination from this company last year. They told me the model of furnace I purchased qualifies for a $300 rebate from PSE. When I submitted my rebate form to PSE, it only qualifies for $150. PSE said that even though I purchase a top of the line model, there are different elements within the model that will qualify for certain rebate based on its energy efficiency. When I confronted the owner "Dave Ross" (not the Kiro talk show host) he said "that is out of his control". My point is don't add to the purchase sale agreement that the furnace I am buying qualifies for $300 rebate unless they can guarantee it. They should say "please check with PSE. Though I did check with PSE prior to signing the sales contract but PSE said they cannot give me the exact rebate until they have the serial number of the furnace. Dave Ross said they cannot give me the Serial number until I purchase the equipment.
The rebate is not the only issue. When they installed the equipment, with in the last 12 months, we called their office 4 times for system malfunction. I found out through research that the problems we encountered were due to incorrect installation rather than the system itself. And the worst part, they charged us to repair it.
The bottom line, this company is not worth your time to even get a bid for a heating and cooling system. Save yourself headaches, go with other reliable company.
