Review content:
I had started seeing her a few years ago, I had neglected my teeth for awhile due mostly to fear and money. I knew there were issues I did not know exactly what they were I an not trained in that area, Entering her office I felt it was warm and comforting, she obviously cares about the way it presents. I've been to some offices where the carpets were 20 years and the walls were all mucked up. She cares that patients feel they are in a clean up to date place. During my consultation many dental issues were explained to me. I found it interesting that they use a laser to help find decay at an earlier stage than with the pick thing. This may account on why one of the patients I had read had a different dentist who did not use this and therefore could not find the decay. She also explained to me the complications that could happen because some of my cavities were very deep, and these included the possibility of needing a crown or even a root canal. She clearly showed me the area on x-ray and in my mouth. She has handouts for all procedures they do that explain all the possible complication from the treatment. They are read to you and you sign that you understand. I was given plenty of opportunity to ask questions. When treatment began she explained we always start with cleaning and a complete exam. In my case I already had the beginning of gum disease and needed a deeper kind of cleaning, and if after one year if no improvement I will be sent to a specialist.Next we took care of all the cavities, Crowns were recommended on some and one tooth does need a root canal. But, doctor bracker explained it is best to get all the cavities done so I will need less higher cost procedures, We have now completed the cavities and are consulting on how and what pace I can afford to finalize my treatment. How best to utilize my insurance, and possibly look at care credit. They have all been nothing but helpful. warrwn
