this store is terrible, absolutely no customer service. some of the sales people are very knowledgable, others may have a lot of "know how" but no social skills. the "manager" I spoke to in the Geek Squad was so rude and treated me like crap. I had to make numerous calls to take care of a repair problem and got conflicting stories from each person I spoke to; the problem is still not resolved. I stopped shopping here many yrs ago when I couldn't get assistance in the store, or when they had one register up at prime sales hrs during the holiday. I only recently went back to see if things have changed. As long as you are buying something simple and know where to find it, but dont ask any HARD questions and dont buy anything that you aren't willing to pay to replace...Best Buy wont help you out. Cant wait to get my problem resolved so I never have to go there again!
