Review content:
We usually go up to Door County at least once a year. And there is no way we can go home without eating at least one meal (usually breakfast) at Al Johnson's. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Its decor is Swedish or Scandinavian which is fun/different. And they do have several Swedish items on the menu, including my favorite, the Swedish pancakes and lingonberries. (Lately we have been requesting two separate serving dishes of lingonberries, so there is no fighting......). There is also a very nice gift shop to browse in, in case you have to wait to get in. And you can buy the Swedish pancake mix and a jar of lingonberries there, so you can enjoy it at home, too. Almost forgot about the goats - the roof of the restaurant has sod on the top, and it's a pitched roof so that the goats can wander about and eat the grass. So bring your cameras and get ready for a goat siting!
