Businiess name:  Site For Sore Eyes

Review content:
I am a happy Site for Sore Eyes customer. I had issues with my glasses, and, as they were under warranty, I got them replaced. However, when the issue happened again, I thought I was out of luck. However, Paul, the manager (owner?) sensing my frustration, went over and above to make matters right. Hopefully he can even talk the manufacturer into doing their part. Paul can seem brash as he is from New York and he tends to "cut right to the chase". Some folks in easy going Berkeley can take him the wrong way. However, I think he is a fair and decent guy and is really concerned that his customers are happy so they keep coming back. After all, there are many places that can sell glasses. I judge and optical center on how they treat you after they make the sale. Thumbs up to Site For Sore Eyes. I also really liked the optometrist.
