I will continue to recommend this property manager because I have had such a great experience with them. I have never had issues with security deposits. This is mostly in part to my having a fantastic property manager, Cher Sonday. So fantastic in fact that I have remained at my home for almost 4 years now because of my positive experience. I always get followup emails and phone-calls from her confirming resolved issues, and my issues have always been resolved within 48 hours or less. Many of these problems were serious and I expected it to take a long time for a new wall furnace or part for my dryer; however, all of these things were taken care of in a matter of two days. I will continue to recommend Cher and Sheraton because of that.
