Review content:
I have had all postive dealings with this store. The manager, Karen, is personable,helpful, patient with your questions. The store is always clean and very efficent. In this economy there are those who will not pay what they owe or simply CAN'T pay. My one suggestion would be to hire a part-time person to handle the calls etc. to those people who are not paying, stop the courtesy calls or at least, have the part time person call with a reminder, not request a time to be in nor a call back from the customer. After all these are adults. This will give Karen & Christina more free time for the customers. That part-timer would be a big benefit when the calls make returns. As I said in the fax, and with other customers present, Karen leaves, I will take my business elsewhere. She makes you feel good about yourself instead of uncomfortable because you need to go and borrow money just to eat and get meds. Thank-you B.J. Clark
