Add extra $ to your child's education for Parking tickets at UCO. I do not know of a parent that has a child at UCO that has NOT complained about the " parking" and "tickets" at UCO. I would like to see the income generated by certain "security officers." They even "tow student's cars on campus for expired tags!" There is NO parking at UCO, so does your daughter miss her class, park where she can, or take a chance and have her walk in the dark to far compromising her safety? I know that this sounds ridiculous, but the administration needs to address the parking and security issues on campus. I am sure that if administration, services, and employees had to "fight for parking" or "park in the back forty," as the students do, the problem would be solved. Until administrators resolve the problem, put hand-cuffs on certain "security officers," that have a "Abusive Power Play" toward students! Respected, experienced police officers use discretion, they do not abuse power. UCO, I think it is embarrassing that a forensic science, criminal justice school, fails in policing, managing and training its own security service.
