I have been a regular here, off and on for several years. However, my last two visits were disappointing. The first of the two visits was for a brazillian wax. Upon arriving home, I realized the terrible job, and had to use a razor to finish the job myself. I didn't complain because I blamed myself for not checking thoroughly before leaving the spa. Then I went in to Ten 10 for a pedicure. Everything seemed great until I got home and took a closer look at my feet. One of my toe nail was broken almost half way down the nail bed. I mean I could literally lift it. I could have cried. Here it is sandal season and I now have a defective toe!! It had been painted over so well that I could not see the damage before leaving the dim lit nail salon. I have been a customer here for a long time and I am truly disappointed. Before these visits, everything had been good.
