I was ready to leave for work in about 10 minutes & both of my toilets backed up. I called Roto-Rooter in Portage and the whole experience was great. From the office girl on the phone to the plumber who came out, they were very concerned about my problem. They were very polite & professional & knowledgeable. The plumber was at my home in less than an hour to do a free assessment of the problem. I had called a few other places which did not offer this service & told me right away they would have to come & dig up my yard costing in the range of $3,000.00. Once the plumber checked out my situation, he gave me 2 options and had the problem fixed in about one and a half hours. I was a little late for work that morning but I was able to get there. I will definately call Roto-Rooter in Portage again for any future problem I might have and I will definately tell all of my friends and family about the wonderful experience I received from them. Thank you Roto-Rooter for a job well done!!
