Review content:
Our experience with Baltimore Martial Arts Academy has been extremely positive. The teachers are tremendous with the kids. Our kids attended several different area martial arts classes and we find Baltimore Martial Arts to be the best, most convenient. It is the type of class we had been looking for. The focus is not just about learning movements. They focus on real life experience, teach the kids about being helpful and respectful at home and with their parents as we as teaching the kids the true meaning of martial arts, all at a level the kids understand.
Their work has been tremendous with my kids who are at different skill levels. They focus on developing fundamentals, strength and skills and overtime putting them all together in complicated movements. The teachers speak at the kid’s level, so they understand what they need to do. They provide a lot of individual attention to make sure they learn before they move them to the next level. Each class so far has had multiple teachers that often breakout in smaller groups for practice sessions. My Kids love going to the classes.
As a result my kid’s confidence has increased and I often hear them quote Mr. Gary on things he tries to teach the kids.
They also provide a lot of different types of martial arts classes at times convenient for us. We have a family membership plan and I have started to attend classes at the same schedule as my kids. Something I had always wanted to do, and never got the time to get it done. Now I can. My Wife also loves the Zumba classes, specially that she can attend and leave our one year old at the day care center.
I highly recommend Baltimore Martial Arts Academy, from the variety of types of martial arts, to convenient schedules and the skill level of the teachers. We couldn’t be happier.
