Review content:
I went to this salon based on citysearch reviews but I was very very disappointed. The person cutting my hair didn't understand exactly what I wanted. When I asked her if she was going to cut my layers so the bottoms didn't look so blunt because I have very thick hair, she proceeded to argue with me instead and got very defensive. Instead of working towards a solution and finishing what she started, she left me in the chair, wrote me a receipt and walked away without even looking or speaking to me. Horrible customer service on her part, although the receptionist was very nice. I wouldn't recommend this salon for the younger, fashion-forward clientele. Unfortunately, I now have to drive to LA to fix my hair, the long drive I was trying to avoid by staying in Irvine.
Pros: receptionist was very nice
Cons: tacky leopard chairs, horrible communication skills
