Keenan Russell isn’t one of those big optical chains. The selection isn’t as varied and you can’t immediately leave with your new glasses but, the care and attention paid to you when you walk through the door is priceless.
I first experienced this unassuming gem when I was dissatisfied with a pair of glasses that I had gotten from one of the big mall optical shops. Something just wasn’t right. Well, the optician at Keenan Russell immediately detected that lenses had been improperly placed in the frames – something even my ophthalmologist hadn’t noticed. I was so relieved!
It’s great to find a place where you can completely trust their competency and professionalism.
