Review content:
After trying just about EVERY trainer & gym in LA, I have found the best private training - at Body Maxx. I been a client at this fabulous gym for over 10 years. Their trainers are by far the most knowledgeable in the city. Their technique is state of the art ( kettleballs, plyometrics, yoga, etc ) And this is the place for EVERYONE! Their motto is "Healthy people are beautiful people". The clients at Body Maxx range in age from the teens to the 90's and in skill from the super fit experts, who want to tweak their performance to the next level, to beginners who have never lifted a weight and don't know how to get started, but know they should! Everyone who walks through the Body Maxx door and makes a commitment to train there will change their lives both mentally & physically, forever. Trust me! They also train actors for films, (Gerald Butler for "300" hell-o!) and have a 90 day make over which makes the "Biggest Loser" look lame. Everyone who works or works out there has such great energy. It's that kind of no nonsense cool place that just works! I bless the day I stumbled in there. Pros: the best trainers who stay up to date on diet & technique Cons: this is a GYM - if you want a 'SPA' you're in the wrong place!
