I followed him inspecting my house for over 4 hours. He found over 20 serious structural, mechanical, and electrical issues with a 4 year old home that passed a series of code inspections and 2 other private home inspections. His knowledge of building codes, product requirements, and willingness to crawl into tight areas are amazing. His honesty, integrity, and how hard he works for his clients is second to none. Inspector Paul is easily the best home inspector in the Charlotte area and throughout the country.
