I just wanted to tell how impressed we were with the sales staff. Pete Mendoza was so accommodating in helping us in buying our HHR. He even let me drive it home to make sure the front end didn't scrape on our inclined driveway .There wasn't a black one in stock so Pete went and picked one up from another dealer .I'm sure most people don't enjoy the negotiation process but between Pete, Chris and myself we came to terms that I think everyone felt they had achieved a good deal (I know I do). Financing with Giovanni seemed to happen in a timely fashion and he was very thorough in explaining all the paperwork necessary to complete the deal, he can read those contracts upside down! Last but not least Chris Malone gave us hands on instructions on all the bells and whistles that came on our car. She is such a fast talker but not in a bad way and made us feel at ease with our purchase.
I've already received several follow up calls to make sure everything is working properly. I believe it doesn't matter the product or the price of that product but that people buy from people they like and trust. We certainly liked and trusted everyone at Friendly Chevrolet.
