I brought my car (2007 Jeep Compass) in for service to my brakes on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 and I just wanted to say I am extremely pleased with the technicians that worked on my car and Joe Coely who assisted me with my car and explained to me some services I needed to keep my car running. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism I received from Joe Coely who called me to tell me my brakes looked good. He advised me of some other services I should get done on my car and since my brakes were okay, I had the power steering and fuel injector services done. I just wanted to say thanks for great service. He called me and couldn't have been nicer and he kept me informed at every step of the process for my vehicle. Your staff at the cashier counter are extremely friendly as well. It's nice that i can go to a dealership and know that I get professional service and not some outside mechanic who probably would have charged me for new brakes that weren't needed. Thank you as always and please share with the dealer's manager and owner how I am pleased with your services. Thanks to Joe Coely too.
