I would like to offer an example of the type and level of service provided by the staff at Rodemyer-Christel: last year I went on vacation to Florida. Upon my arrival, I realized that I had forgotten my travel itinerary. As a result, I was completely paralyzed, since all of my information was included in it. It was a late Sunday afternoon, and in a panic, I called the after hours hotline. The representative I spoke to was very accomodating, and put me in touch with a member of the R-C team. This individual then went to my apartment, and while I guided her on my cell phone, retrieved the documents. She then faxed the information to my hotel about an hour later. I have never in my life received such kindness and consideration from a rental company before. She went above and beyond what was necessary, and did not complain once (she was happy to do it). I am so impressed with this company, and I highly recommend it to anyone.
