Good: Yes, Scott ex-Goshen City Councilman can cut hair just fine.. Bad: Scott ex-Goshen City Councilman is a pure racist to the core. All he does is make derogatory Black jokes about President Obama.. Improvements: He needs to straighten-up his racists mouth or retire. I won't bring my kids there anymore much less recommend him to anyone.. Other: Scott ex-Goshen City Councilman should be ashamed of himself. He should know better..
