My husband and I stopped to see what Phil Long had to offer, and walked out with a new 2011 Hyundai Elantra! The staff was extremely friendly and didn't pressure us in any way. They suggested the Elantra after listening to our needs and what we were looking for in a car, and after test driving it we knew it was perfect! Being in a negative equity situation, they were able to give us more money than we expected for our trade! The staff worked tirelessly to get us a deal that was affordable and fair. My family members have also purchased cars from Phil Long and have received the same excellent customer service! A special thanks to John Bishop and Richi Carni for all of their help and hard work! We will see you the next time we need a new car!
