After having our daughter I noticed more aches & pains throughout my body that continued as she grew into a busy toddler. Even after she started sleeping through the night, my quality of sleep continued to be poor. My body just didn't feel right. I had always been a bit hesitant about seeing a chiropractor but decided to see Dr. Hess following a recommendation from a friend. I can honestly say that my life has dramatically improved on just about every level since I started Dr. Hess's program. I sleep like a champ & have so much more energy! Those annoying aches and pains have significantly improved and I hardly notice them anymore! I would highly recommend Dr. Hess- She's the best:)
