had my son's dog for a visit I was in limbo on how to do some things . I called Jan and she was able to direct me on the how too's . if I won't of had the help from her I would of been in a lost stage and thought I was somehow doing it all wrong. she was able to tell me it's ok that is normal for the dog.. what a get relief and great service over the phone . visit the kennel ..it's clean & very nice place to see the animals
