I work in sales and pay attention to how I am treated (might learn something, right?) My experiences have been completely positive at this store. Bought my first gun in Jan - best price in town and three more since. Started reloading due to high ammo costs and the expertise at the El Cajon Gun Exchange is the best in town - they helped me get started with the equipment, technical help, and components when they can get them. I'm new so I ask all the dumb questions. When I asked about the bad reviews they told me that they are really working on presenting a better attitude and that they have even hired some new folks just with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. They usually ask me how they are doing, good and bad. The deals they gave me and the way they treat me they have a customer for as long as I am in their area. I recommend giving them a second chance and letting them know what they get right or wrong - I think you'll be surprised. I'll continue to shop and recommend the El Cajon Gun Exchange.
