Review content:
I installed my laminate flooring with Nova Flooring about three years ago, and I was very pleased with how it look . However, after only a few months, I started noticing flaws on the installation. I searched for my receipt and could not find it, so I decided to call them anyways so they could look me up in their system. When I called, the person I spoke to informed me (in a very rude manner), that they dont keep that information and that if I did not have my receipt, that was my problem. I was devastated since i had spent over 3K on this floor. About two days later, I received a call from a young lady that worked there, who whispered my receipt number and begged me not to tell the manager that she had given it to me or she would get fired. When I called the manager to tell him my receipt number, he refused to take it , saying that I must have made that number up because I didnt have a couple of days before. After much arguing, and getting nowhere, I gave up. So now I have a floor that is very bad installed, and nobody to fix it.
