My husband had been researching big SUVs (b/c he's 6'6") and saw the internet price for the Pathfinder Armada. Beaverton Nissan had it priced well below Blue Book. We were very firm in how much we wanted for our Honda Accord trade-in, and they nearly met it. We were ok with that b/c we knew we got the Armada at a great price. The entire process was easy and non-stressfull. We test drove, they looked at our trade in, and we were finished with the entire process in just under 2 hours. Also, since we were trading in and adding cash, we didn't want our credit pulled (even though we both have very good credit.) They worked around that and didn't have to pull our credit. Ben was very friendly, no pressure and upbeat. We had a great experience. Also, with our purchase, the are lowering the seat by 2" for my husband, so when they perform service, we'll see if I can give that a 5 rating as well.
