Dedicated service from the management I ordered 2 sets of kitchen cabinets from The Cabinet Factory last year (Fall 2010 To my surprise, I got a call from the new management in fall of 2010. The new manager (Michael) asked whether I was happy with the quality of the cabinets and whether the company can do anything to improve its service. The cabinets turned out AMAZING!! Looks like they have completely upgraded their sales force and have a point person to resolve every issue (Michael). Cabinet selection, purchase and installation can be a nerve-wracking experience. It's always good to know that there is someone senior in the company that cares. Thank you guys!
