I asked for a bra fitting and they also sent me to the back..when I got to the fitting room she sized me and gave me a black bra box with all of the bras in the store in my size! Since they sized me at a different size than what I wore before she put my bra box with my old size & also a bra box with my new size in the fitting room with me so I could compare the fit of both sizes. She checked on me three times and remembered my name each time. The new size fit SO much better, I honestly have never had a bra fit me right EVER!!! Turns out she said I was wearing my sister size, she was very patient and explained everything to me wonderfully. aftertwards, I showed her which bras I liked out of the pile and she wrote them down on a cute pink card with my new size on it so that I could put it in my wallet so when I return I could just show the card to any employee and they could help me pick more colors. After she gave me the card she sent me off with another employee...also very polite and patient, she showed me exactly where the bras were and she she even helped me pick out colors and matching underwear. I would say this took around 20 minutes. It was fast, informative, and very easy; also I appeciated the fact that both women remembered my name. The only downfall was the line at the register was very long, but surprisingly it only took about five minutes to get through. the employee at the register also informed me not to wash my bras in my washer, she said it ruins the bras; all bras should be hand washed..opps....I guess thats why thats why my wires would come out of most of my bras. Overall it was fast and I love my bras.
