This was the second time I purchased a Scion tC from Kenny Thomas Olathe Toyota & Scion, both times I had the pleasure of working with Robert Jackson. This time I also worked with Beau Thomas and he was great to work with as well. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from either of these two salesmen. One of their best attributes the lack of being pushy, I never felt like they were trying to push me into buying a car. Any issues or questions I had were answered in terms I could understand and the answers didn't seem to be rigged to make them look good. If something was truly an issue they'd admit it. Olathe Toyota offered me a fair price on my 2008 Scion tC and gave me a great deal on my 2011 tC. I was able to haggle with them a little on the price and they were more than willing to work with me and get a price that I was happy with. In regards to their service, anytime I went in for a service on my tC the people I dealt with were pleasant and courteous. In my few years of working with Olathe Toyota & Scion I've never had a bad experience and plan to continue my business as well as recommend their business to others.
