Review content:
This year I finally noticed something. I saw on our slip they marked "tank not full". When I called the girl who answered said They instruct their drivers to not fill tanks or only give 100 gallons in March. This is so that they do not give any oil at contract price that will be used past the April 1st contract date. The scam is, I looked into it and they purposely did not deliver any oil in Feb in order to let our tank run down. Of course a home in New England should get oil in Feb. They tricked us out of about $200.00. That is probably $200.00 per customer. We have used them for about 4 years just for oil, no repairs. This year we also had a problem that they started charging our credit card in the fall without us approving it and I also had to call because they double charged our credit card one month. I question if these mistakes are common with the hopes of them going unnoticed.
