I am thrilled with the service received by Your Lock Doc today. The tech came out to replace what I thought would be just one set of locks, until he asked me if there was another entrance or door that uses my old key. I then realized that I had an outside storage closet that would also need to be re-keyed! I was so happy that he knew to think of that as I would have been locked out of my storage closet and would have had to ask him to come back. I asked for just 3 keys, and he gave me four. He arrived exactly on time, was friendly and professional and replaced all 4 locks in what seemed to be under 30 minutes. He told me of the charges upfront, and when it came time to pay, he repeated exactly what he told me prior, so there were no hidden charges. I would definitely recommend and use Your Lock Doc again!
