As a home builder and contractor new to the Seattle area, a colleague referred me to Rainier Garage Door, even though he had no personal interaction with this company.
Rather than going into specific details of the many, MANY ridiculous antics this unprofessional company owner, "Jason" and his "office help" wife, Becky, played out, I would much rather sum up with this...
UNPROFESSIONAL!!
OVER-PRICED!!
UNRELIABLE!!
ELUSIVE!! / IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH!!
DOES NOT "STAND BEHIND" HIS PRODUCT, NOR SERVICE!!
Regretfully I learned, since this so called "company" is run completely out of their residence's garage, and the facade of a reputable, established company with "many locations in many cities" is nothing short of a "smoke and mirrors" deceit, I can honestly say THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!
As such, if anyone in the Seattle (and surrounding) area reading this wishes to throw away money and endure unjust frustrations, by all means, utilize this idiot (Jason) and his (...so called...) "company"!! ...I CERTAINLY LEARNED FROM MY MISTAKE!!!
