they came out to my Grandmas house in Tucson and did a really good job working with her. She has gotten to the age where she does not have a lot to keep her mind busy so she is extra particular about how she wants things done and how they should be done. She is quite picky. You can do it one way and then just when you think you are done she will go back and say she wants it done 3 other ways. Bless her heart she cant help it she is getting old. They were yes ma'am and no ma'am the whole time. I was there with her through the whole process, she is really tough to please and complains a lot to be honest. However they did not bat an eye or get any sort of attitude with her, they treated her with the utmost respect. I was really proud of the whole crew and it felt good they treated her so well. When it was all said and done she put a smile on her face and told them they did a good job. They earned her satisfaction they really did. I would recommend this tree service to anyone. I think my grandma would have been the toughest customer ever to handle. They left no room for dissatisfaction. Great tree service.
