7 months ago we had our septic pumped because of the gurgling we were hearing from the drains and the smell. After the septic was pumped the gurgling continued so we thought there must be another reason for the gurgling and the occasional odor. Not thinking it was anything serious we put that on the back burner until last Friday. Our plumbing was backing up into our bath tubs which was disgusting. I searched the internet for a local plumbing company and found Deer Valley Plumbing on Judy's List with 20 reviews, all positive. I am a stickler for good customer service having spent 20 years working in it myself. I was pleased they could have someone out the same afternoon. Our plumber was Joey and he is the nicest man. He snaked the drain and found NO CLOG but advised our septic is full! We called the septic company we had used last August and explained the situation. They came back out and pumped the septic again. They tried to convince us we have a serious problem. NO, the only problem we had was when they came out the 1st time they only pumped the liquid and left the sludge. Not that the septic has been emptied the gurgling has stopped and the odor is gone. Thanks Joey for your time and you honesty and help with isolating our problem. He even advised me to print out an online coupon and saved me $25 for the service call. Now that's exceptional customer service! I wish you provided septic pumping service too!
