Review content:
I was very happy to see a petite section of Talbot's at the Galleria. Only to be disappointed because of the sales associate who asked me if I was at the right store, not once, but twice. Just because I was wearing jeans and T-shirt doesn't mean I can't afford your clothes. This lady was very accommodating to the other customers; telling them of what's on sale. Instead of getting the same service she pointedly asked me if I was at the right store. Of course I am! I am petite and I was looking for dress pants for work. This lady worked on 3/20/2011 in the afternoon. She has white hair and crooked teeth. So if you stop by this store try to avoid her. If you are the manager reading this talk to her please and let her know of what customer service is. For Talbot's admin tell your associates not to be discriminatory. It's not good for business.
