Ladies, do yourself a favor, read reviews about Papers & Petals carefully before going to this store. I didn't, and paid for it through my nose! I went to Burlingame all the way from Dublin (a mistake I'll never make again!) What a waist of time! The staff there did not seem to give a dead rat's tail about me as a customer or my upcoming wedding. I don't know if my budget was too "small" for them and they lost interest in me when they found out that I wasn't going to buy a $1500 dress or what, but they simply walked by me like I wasn't even there. Buying the dress is supposed to be a major deal not a major disappointment. I am taking my business else where, thank goodness there are other bridal stores in Bay Area!
