Thank you for the excellent service you provided my husband and me during our recent rug purchase. From the time we walked in the door to the day we picked up our rug you were available to us. Your attention to the details of our specific needs was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, in this day and age, service and interest in the customer seem to be low on the priority list of many retailers. You are the exception, and for that we are grateful.
