Review content:
Precision Mounted a set of skis WRONG and gave me attitude when another employee had to fix.( long haired guy) NO sorry or Anything, just solid attitude for having to correct another employee's mistake. Second Tech did his best; However, to try and make the issue my mistake which made him more irritated as he realized the mistake was 100% theirs! Now I have a set of (Gotamas)skis drilled twice that are not so easy to pass on.
This happened Feb. 2010. Go else ware to avoid the I'm to cool to make a mistake VIBE.... They may be able to fit boots and tune, but when it came down to a Real Mistake/ Problem their true colors showed.
GO ELSWARE if you need a shop to stand behind work... if just renting you have nothing to loose, Unless a Mistake is made!
