This was the worst and a total rip off! After confirming twice the time that they were supposed to be here they were early! This was after I stressed the correct time to the woman at their office. Luckily my mom was here - apparently they asked her how she was going to pay for the job before they said much of anything else. When I did arrive (at the exact time I SAID I would be there) before even saying hello the tech wanted to know how I would be paying for the service. I stated that I saw a coupon on-line for a percentage off and he immediately told me that was only if I ordered extra services. I called the office and complained and the guy there gave me an extra 10.00 off. By the time I got off the phone with him the two techs were done and asked me again how I was going to be paying for this. When he said the total price would be 385.00 I nearly choked - this was for about 30 minutes of work! Remember folks this was for a BASIC steam clean - no product just hot ...
