Contrary to some of these other post, Chris Bee proved to be a very helpful and reliable broker. While planning a move to Austin from out-of-state, I had a hard time getting most brokers to respond to my emails and phone calls. Chris Bee responded immediately and sent us listing that actually fit our criteria; something many of the other agents/brokers did not do.
From his listings there was a house fresh on the market, in our preferred area, with no pictures. Chris Bee went out to the property that day and got us pictures! He tracked down the agent in charge and made all the arrangements for us to submit an application; three days later we were approved for the house.
Chris Bee was extremely attentive and showed great follow through. He may come off as a little eccentric, but he works hard for his clients. He took a lot of stress out of our long-distance move.
On a side note; Greenlight Locators, who gets a lot of positive reviews, was the worst at getting me relevant listing and then they just stopped replying to my emails all together.
