Good: The waiting room is clean, and the wait to go back to a room to see a doctor isn't long. You're told if you've waited more than 15 minutes to let the front people know.. Bad: Dr. Truong does not look patients in the eye when she comes in the room to see you. She doens't give any explanation of what may be wrong and what to expect. It's like she's in a huge hurry. Dr. Wong is judgmental. He, too, does not explain what he thinks the problem is. My son had an infection in his mouth with painful blisters and could barely open his mouth. Dr. Wong visibly showed how he was annoyed with my son's breath. Very unprofessional. He didn't offer any advice on how to minimize the pain.. Improvements: I would like to see the doctors actually sit down and talk with you. They need to explain what's going on, why they're giving you a particular prescription, and what you can expect to happen from that point forward.. Other: Dr. O'Brien does take time to talk with her patients. She's an exception to most of the doctors at this location..
