I am also unsatisfied with this practice however I LOVED Dr.'s Eberhard and Kohsla. We were late paying an 85.00 bill, YES my own stupid fault, and got kicked out of the practice. Well visits were extremely hard to schedule since they don't schedule any after 3pm which made it hard for me with my work schedule. My child's b-day is in Dec. and I couldn't get a well visit until March. When I told the receptionist I couldn't take a day off of work for a well visit, she said "well you did last year"! I just thought that was rude. I also needed a sick child visit one day for my child's croup and they were full....no appointments. I was told to go to an urgent care. I don't think they feel that the customer comes first.
