Review content:
We did not receive the level of service that you would expect from this type of restaurant. The food was good but not great and especially not for those prices.
If they are competing with Chops and Hal's for steaks and service, they would lose on both accounts. We waited almost 5 minutes to be greeted by a hostess and the restaurant was only 1/2 full. It was close to 10 minutes before an assistant server finally came over to take our drink/app order. He even took our dinner order! It was almost 20 minutes after we were seated, before our server came to greet the table and tell us about the "specials". We had to inform him we already had placed our orders. Dirty dishes weren't removed promptly; steak knives were not brought with the meals and we weren't even asked if we wanted dessert before the check was presented.
We purchased restaurant_com gift certificates to check out the place but were very disappointed.
Pros: The food was good but I have had better steaks elsewhere.
Cons: The service was awful.
