This dealership is terrible and that's putting it mildly. There is a reason there are so many complaints. Hidy Honda has ruined my experience with Honda. I will never buy a Honda again and I have sold my Civic EX. I have never been treated so bad in my life. There service department is a nightmare. They do not honor the we beat the other guy by $300 to $800 either. I had problems with the Civic vibrating. I was told after the second trip to the service department that I should have bought a more expensive car if I wanted a smoother ride. I said I find it hard to believe that a New Car vibrating is normal and they insisted that this will be an issue with a lower end car. Common, who ever heard of this crap. I have bought a low end car and a high end car and have never had a issue with vibration like this before. They flat out refused to service my car after the third trip. I went to Castruci Honda and they said right away the car has fat spots on all four tires. They said I had to take it back to the dealership from where I bought it so I did. Hidy Honda still refused to fix it. I called Honda Care and they said take it to Good Year. They fixed the car. All this took several ( 7 ) months. Then the brakes where going out at 9500 miles. They would not fix it under warranty even though there are a ton of complaints on this issue. They said I drive the car too rough. I baby the car. Im a drivers Education instructor and that meant nothing to these people. Hidy Honda has burnt me so bad that I will NEVER buy a Honda Product again. All this took the joy out of my car and as I stated earlier I sold it.
