Our overall experience dealing with the team of workers at the Chapman Mercedes Benz in Tucson has been a very pleasant one. We hope this relationship will continue if we need their assistance in the future. Kevin Duenwald - Internet Sales Manager was always polite, informative, patient , kept the lines of communication open and was always a gentelman. With his assistance we were able to purchase this vehicle. John Hornbeck -General Manager also followed up and addressed my concerns along with Brian DeCook -Sales Manager. This team worked together to get every thing finalized with both parties happy with the sale.
