University Prime did not return my security deposit. When I called to find out why they said they found a dog in the apartment. I don't even own a dog or never had one in the apartment. They claim a maintenance man saw it and said they would look into it. When I called again and spoke to someone else they said a leasing agent saw it. I told them this is impossible as I don't own a dog or never had one there. I filed a complaint with the attorney general. Upon investigation the general said the management said two people reported a dog being in the apartment at two different times. They changed the story 3 times, twice to me and then when they told the attorney general. They refuse to talk about the matter further and have stolen my security deposit. They are thief's and liars. Also when I moved in they did not give me the apartment which I signed a lease for. They put me in one that had mice, and multiple problems. It took them forever to fix the problems. I also had friends who had issues with them, bottom line stay away!!
