When i first arrived at the salon I was pleasantly surprised with the decor. From the beautiful marble floor, funky cool seating, gorgeous lighting and high ceilings, you feel like your arriving at a five star hotel! Five star service is what i got! I checked in with the reservationist who welcomed me to the salon, asked to hang my coat, offered me a cup of tea and escorted me to the coffee bar which had an assortment of fresh fruit, muffins, cookies and lemon water. They even serve wine and champagne. Next, I was asked to relax in the waiting area while my stylist was preparing for me. When she was ready I was escorted and introduced to Annemarie. She consulted with me and asked me questions like "what don't you like about your hair" and "when was the last time you loved your hair" I was surprised, no one has ever asked me those questions before. She made me feel very comfortable so I accepted her recommendation. OMG, Love my new hair color and haircut!! Needless to say, I found my new and best friend. I was recommended a shampoo and conditioner that was best for my hair color and style and asked to make my next reservation. Immediately after I left, I called my friends to rave about La Novita. The next day I received a call asking if I was happy with my service. Wow!!
