Businiess name:  Tampa Bay Plumbers, LLC

Review content:
I need to have the individual outside water shut-off valve replaced for my condo unit and needed to make sure all the plumbing was working since have the condo under contract to be sold and wanted to make sure it would pass inspection. The plumbers arrived promptly at 9 am. I had contacted the condo management company the previous Thursday that the community water on my street needed to be shut off on Tuesday. When the plumbers arrived I immediately contacted the management company that they needed to turn off the water. We waited, and waited. After over an hour and the water still wasn't turned off, I contacted the management office and asked what was going on, why wasn't the water shut off? She said there were several valves they have to shut off and it takes a lot of time. Truth told, they couldn't figure out which valve totally turned the water off. After about and hour and a half the management company finally figured out where to turn the water off.
