I had a problem with this Jamba Juice location at first. But after complain to their HQ, the place have become much better. Before, the worker there would keep you waiting and forget what you order. A normal transaction else where take around 10 mins. This place would take 20 mins. I complain to the HQ and got a letter of apologize and a few free jamba. I took my free card and give it another try. This time they were great. Their transaction time actually decrease by 50%. No it only take me 10 mins to get my jamba juice and on the way out without have to complain.
