I recently visited Barista's Restaurant in Hurricane Ut, as I was traveling through the town on vacation, I can't believe the reviews I read about this place after I had went there. The food and service was bar none to anywhere that I have ever dined at before in all my traveling for work and vacationing. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful! the decor matched the National parks in the area which in the winter months was absolutely beautiful to be able to still enjoy without freezing, and the restaurant was very cleanly and just a really fun environment! Okay now to the best part, the FOOD!!!! I had an amazing Pastrami sandwich that was grilled with honey glazed pecans, feta cheese and avocado on home made roll. I took the owners suggestion and boy am I glad I did!!! The bill was extremely well priced! which actually surprised me for the quality of food that I had and dessert! All in all this is probably one of the best restaurants on the face of this planet! BARISTA'S IS THE BOMB!!!!!!!!!!
