I'm not sure what these other negative reviews are about but I had an excellent experience with these guys. I had a wreck that caused $2,500 to my front end on a Saturday. I took it in the following Monday. They let me know through their online progress tracker how things were going and told me it could take 9 days to complete. The on site car rental was amazing. Not only was the work done very well, it was completed by the end of the week, 5 days before I was expecting it to be done! The negative reviews? Maybe these folks had sorry insurance, or maybe they are the type people that just can't be made happy no matter how far you bend over backward. Who knows. I would recommend these guy's to anybody at any time.
